流水步距是指在组织流水施工时,相邻两个施工过程之间的时间间隔。计算流水步距的方法主要有两种:
最大公约数法:
当各施工过程的流水节拍相等时,流水步距等于流水节拍的最大公约数。
累加错位相减法:
当各施工过程的流水节拍不相等时,使用此方法。具体步骤包括:
将各施工过程的流水节拍时间累加。
将相邻施工过程的累加结果错位相减,得到一系列差值。
从这些差值中选出最大值,即为流水步距。
例如,如果有三个施工过程,其流水节拍分别为4天、6天和10天,则流水步距的计算如下:
